Disc production

We have added a new automatic line to our production workshop for the production and shearing of discs from flat plate squares, to guarantee a given plate thickness during the pressing phase.

Size of the squares

Min 500 mm | max 1500 mm

Machinable thickness

• Carbon steel: 8 mm
• Stainless steel: 6 mm

SYSTEM CHARACTERISTICS

• Continuous feeding and outlet system
• Automatic waste outlet
• Handling of sheets and discs with suction cup manipulators and NC axes
• Plate centring system with NC axes

For specific requirements, we can produce discs of various sizes and thicknesses, using blanking dies.
