Our processes: sheet metal forming
Metalpress uses its forming process to create sheet metal with any characteristics for a wide variety of product sectors.
Deep forming
Thanks to cold deformation, through deep forming, using precise planning criteria, we produce different types of product making use of mechanical or hydraulic presses that are controlled through a CNC system. The experience accumulated here in forming is fundamental for the constant achievement of established aims in terms of quality and service.
Quality control
Quality control is carried out in strict compliance with the specifications indicated by the customer, with particular focus on measurements and tolerance, the mechanical performance of the piece and surface finish. The Metalpress laboratory is also equipped to carry out any form of testing or inspection required by the most stringent international standards (standard UNI EN ISO 9001-2008).
